I can’t help but create. Inspiration is everywhere—from the hobbies I love, to the people in my life, to even just a fleeting moment in the world around me. I’ve been knitting and photographing for most of my life, but my curiosity has driven me to explore a wide variety of other crafts. My ideas never stick to one medium; I thrive on following those sparks of inspiration to try new things and learn new skills. But the best part? Sharing my work and seeing the joy it brings to others. That’s when I feel most excited.
These days, I’m a new mama to twin babies, and whatever quiet moments I can steal are usually spent knitting, dreaming up handmade decor for the next celebration, or taking photos out on local trails. Staying active is important to me, and hiking has long been a favorite way to recharge and get inspired. After years of traveling the country as an outdoor guide, I’ve rooted myself in the Twin Cities, where I balance life as a Software Engineer and a hands-on maker—creating whenever and wherever I can.
